I sat outside for over 7 hours waiting in there line to get tire service. There was 3 trucks in front of me in the tire line. Finally after the seven hours I got to the door and bo trucks were in the shop. No employees were in the shop, no one was there. Who knows how long I would have waited outside for someone to help. How can you help if there is no one there. I will never go back to this Love's again. The funny part is I wanted 2 brand new Michelin Tires. Looks like someone else will get them.

Not impressed with the professional approach. The process is too leisure and 50/50 whether you’ll get the service that you expect. They’re skirting the formalities which places unintended but unrealized liability on the companies that send their trucks their for fault, failure verification, that otherwise could not be verified by the driver. James didn’t write up the truck, didn’t charge, or provide written receipt of inspection. Said it’s no big deal we didn’t charge you. DVIR should be treated with better care, and not left up to interpretation, confusion, and or miscommunication.

Been waiting 2 hours just to get a tire replaced, but truck in front of me is having all kinds of issues, don't know how much longer I'm going to have to wait. It was the trucks shop causing the the problem, as was my shop doing the same, not responding to speedcos tech advisors. Once the break down dept got back with speedco, everything was good 👍

Horrible. Been here for 7 hours. Needed minor repairs. One mechanic and he does the road calls. Four trucks behind me that won't get worked on tonight. Second shift mechanic leaves at 11. It's i8:40 and he's leaving on a road call. Plenty of money lost here as the four drivers here won't come back.

Mr. Yellow Teeth made me wait 3 hours in line just to tell me he can't put 4 new tires I needed. I don't mind if it's a hard job for 1 person in the shop on Saturday evening but you can't just waste 3 hours of my life for no reason. I was also an oversized truck and I can't drive at night (after 8pm).. i left at 7:30pm. Well done, I really appreciate it 👍
